Continuing Education Credit
Guidelines
Each course will indicate the number of continuing education
credits provided upon
completion of the course. Correct answers to three to five questions
at the end of each
course will be required for continuing education credit.
A certificate of completion will be generated, which can
then be printed, upon
answering the questions correctly at the end of the approved
courses. Each
certificate will be dated as of the end of the month that the course
was taken; and will
state the name and license number of the member, as well as the
total credits earned,
signature and provider number.
