  b) Full Mouth Radiographs:
  • Bone loss: Generalized mild to moderate bone loss with localized severe bone loss
  • Unerupted: #s 16,17,32
  • Crown/root ratio: compromised in some areas
  • Caries:
  • Periapical radiolucency: #11
  • Furcation: #s 14,19,30
  • Widened PDL: #s 4,7,8,9,14,19
  • Calculus: localized mild to moderate
  • Exostoses: present in the mandible bilaterally
