- No evidence of tumor, cysts and alveolar periapical lesions
b) Full Mouth Radiographs:
- Bone loss: Generalized mild to moderate bone loss with localized severe bone loss
- Unerupted: #s 16,17,32
- Crown/root ratio: compromised in some areas
- Caries:
- Periapical radiolucency: #11
- Furcation: #s 14,19,30
- Widened PDL: #s 4,7,8,9,14,19
- Calculus: localized mild to moderate
- Exostoses: present in the mandible bilaterally
