Patient reports a history of trauma on tooth #9. Root form and proximity: normal Periapical lesion: Tooth #3, #4, periapical radiological radiolucency Possible failure of endodontic treatment on tooth #14 with subsequent history of endodontic periapical surgery with retro filling radiologically evident: Apicoectomy was performed about 6 months before patient came to the graduate periodontal clinic. #31 periapical lesion Caries: #4,19?, 20; open margin #2; overhang #15; overhang Fracture: none, external root resorption #9 In the clinical examination the possible open margin on #19 is not detectable.
