Dr. Stevens received an MS from UCLA in 1970 with an area of interest in Perceptual Motor Learning.  Prior to attending dental school, he worked as an Illustrator for the UCLA Meteorology Department for three years and at the same time was doing research on the anatomy of a small primate (Galago Senegalensis) with the UCLA Department of Kinesiology.

Additional Information

After dental school, he was in private practice for 15 years.  At the urging of Dr. Ted Berg, he decided to apply his previous educational experience to developing educational programs for the Removable Prosthodontic Section   He is currently involved in developing multimedia educational materials for the Advanced Prosthodontic section along with teaching in the complete and partial denture clinical and laboratory courses on a half-time basis.
