As you will see, the UCLA School of Dentistry has a number
of programs. By clicking on the tabs above, you can learn an
overview, the pre-requisites, the selection factors and the
application process for all of our programs including our:
- Traditional DDS program

programs for individuals interested
in becoming generalists and specialists
- Advanced standing DDS for foreign-trained dentists (PPID)
- Advanced training opportunities for
foreign-trained dentists (Preceptorships)
- Observation program which provides a mechanism for foreign-trained
dentists to make arrangements to observe procedures in specific
clinics.
- Externship opportunities for current dental students to come
and observe our programs

be taken alone or in combination with the DDS, PPID or residency
