The program is designed to prepare each resident to provide culturally competent patient-centered care in the private practice setting or community clinic general dentistry environment. A graduate of this program would be expected to have a wide and in-depth level of skills and knowledge to practice general dentistry, and to be comfortable in having interactions with various dental specialties.
